I started to write a story of Robin and my friend ship from fifth grade but somehow it dropped off the page so this will be shorter. I miss her to this day and so sad that circumstances did not give me the time or ability to visit her after we have re connected and talked about me coming. My mother needed me full time and that is what kept me from visiting my dear friend. When I found that Robin had passed I was devastated. Lou Harrison: Jephtha's daughter
Narrator, Chinese flute, cello, percussion and dancer.
Premiere performance recorded March 9, 1963 by John Whiting for KPFA, at the Cabrillo College Theater. Lou wrote this for Robin Goodfellow, the vivacious little performer on the Chinese flute who was a volunteer at KPFA.
