Not sure what to say?

I am devastated to hear of Rob´s passing. Rob and I worked together at Verizon for several years and partnered on many projects. He was the go-to engineer so many of us relied on to tackle the tough questions or solve complex problems. He was the go-to guy for many of us. What made him special wasn´t his brilliance, but his genuine easy going manner, sense of humor and inner peace. He was my friend and he will be sorely missed.

Rob was the first to welcome me to Syracuse on July 4th 2010. Along with his wife, Noelina, they made me feel welcome. I will always deeply cherish all the help they gave me.

Rob was my superstar presenter. We held a competition one time a few years back on Verizon UCCaaS product. This was conducted via an online meeting. Rob was the only one that showed up with suit and tie and knocked it out of the park on his presentation. I spent at least 15 minutes telling him how he had became a mentor to me. Dear Hoffman Family, I am truly devastated at the news of Rob, as many are. I have the best memories growing up and pioneering with him and Ted, as well as the whole family. Never a dull moment. Always a funny practical joke happening each day. My heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to each and every one of you. The sting of death will soon disappear and will be replaced with joyful tears as we welcome him back. We love you all. Dawn, AC, and Armani

Noelina, With great sorrow and sadness on your loss of Robin as we know him as Rob. My heart goes out to you and your Children. I hold back tears as I think of the good time we had when you two were dating and the big snow storm we ended up in New York and how he made his way to you, to make sure you were alright. Remember the good times and know he will make his way back to you in the earthly paradise. And we will see him again with joy in our hearts. I send my love to you and your...
