Robin's friendship came to mean a great deal to me. I appreciated his honesty and the depth of his sincerity. Robin seemed to feel everything intensely, and I'm sure this was both a blessing and a curse to him.
I truly hope that he understood how much his friendship meant to me. Even now, I find it hard to refer to our relationship in the past tense. Despite knowing that he was very ill, I was stunned by the sudden news of Robin's passing. I was not ready to say goodbye. We had so...
