Not sure what to say?

Robin shared his love of music with me while he worked at JCC. One night he cooked a Chinese meal for my family and we had such a wonderful time. I think of him often and I regret having lost touch. He was brilliant in many ways and at that time in the 8's ahead of others in creating computer generated art. There must be a heaven and Robin is there! Always your friend - Bryan Stevens

Dear Robin, We just found each other and then you were gone. We had an instant connection. I can't explain it. I know we would have been best friends. The memories you shared of our family are priceless to me. Knowing you, even briefly, healed something in my heart. Love, your niece-Stephanie

I miss you Robin, and think about you all the time. You were a good friend.

Rest in peace my friend. You made life so much more interesting!

Miss you my old friend.

Miss You Robin!

Well , this is sad, I only found out today about this loss. Robin was my Ska DJ Partner back in the mid 1990's at a club called the Abyss in the city of Rochester. His Amazing collection ( and mine) inspired Me to approach the owner of the Bar with the premise of a Ska Nite dedicated to the Jamaican music and it's offshoot International "waves" which were somewhat popular at the time with college music fans. We only got about 8 -10 real Ska fans to come out but it was a blast and we were...

The DJ Master

Robin,

So glad we had the opportunity to catch up on the phone last month - for four hours; it was so great to hear your voice again, I couldn't hang up. I'll be thinking about you every time I play the favorite reggae songs that you shared with me. You are irreplaceable - a loyal friend with a great appreciation of our good old times and a unmatched font of music culture knowledge. Nothing is the same without you. Looking forward to seeing you again on the other side.

Robin and his beloved Malibu

Rob,

You are the greatest treasure God had gifted the world, your fantastic semi-sarcastic and soft delivered comments (accompanied with a modest smirk) and your warm unpretentious heart, I can go on and on.. you will be sorely missed... I'm sure all of your dear friends and family are hurting as much as I am over your passing. Our sense of loss is relieved by the assurance that Robin now resides in paradise in total completeness and free from all the suffering this world had...

Robin Reese, Rest In Peace. The music world has lost a conceptual artist whose compositions resonate in the realm of idiosyncratic creativity. Gone is the master of electronic expression, surfing radio waves.
