Spencer family,

I am so sorry to hear of Robins passing. He was our family dr for many years. Always enjoyed his sense of humor and personality, as well as his expertise. What a great loss to the area. Best wishes and prayers. Wight-Loveland family.

Please accept my sincere sympathy. I enjoyed working with Robin in Peoria. He could always bring a smile to my face.

The world has lost a wonderful physician and human being. Dr. Spencer was our Doctor from the mid 80's until he transferred to Peoria many years later. I cried when he told us he was leaving Rockford. He had a great sense of humor and always made you feel like you were his most important patient. He would also always remember to ask you about your family and tell you great little stories about his family. My condolences to his family for the loss of this very special person. I can now...

Shelly & Family,

We are all so saddened to hear of Robin's passing. Till this day, we all still talk of the fond memories and great times we had on Parkview and even after you all moved a few blocks away.

Your father always brightened our day as well as my grandparents who would only see him! I still smile when I think of playing soccer with him in the front yard, the broken ankle, and the resulting crash at the convienance store, I'll take the blame for that comedy.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of Dr. Spencer's family and friends..
