A Great Man in a Great Restaurant. I did not know him personally, but he always made me and my wife feel like Royalty when we dined at Chez Betty. He would change out/upgrade stemware depending on the quality of bottle, etc. etc. A true master of his craft. Terribly sorry for your loss! Tragic!
