Send FlowersRoby Wayne Phillips, son of the late Anna Mae Dyson Phillips and the late Tyler Phillips of Elkton, Maryland, passed away at age 76 on Sunday, November 11, 2018 in Erlanger, Kentucky. Roby is survived by his sisters Zenna Icenhour (Jenny), Vivian Graybeal (Debbie) and Hazel Ring. Daughters Ronda Kennedy and Donna Vacek. Grandchildren, Kevin Richardson, Betty Jones, Meagan Hall, Paige Goins, Kimberly Links and Carey Seaver. And Great-grandchildren, Shawn Jones, Aubree Seidle , Kylee Seidle, Trevor Hall, Deacon Hall, Kane Hall, Paul Roby Goins, Preston Mayhew, Mason Mayhew and Riley Richardson. He is preceded in death by his brothers Walter, Robert (Bobby), James Edward (Eddie), Gerald (Jerry) and Randy Phillips. Sisters Ruth Mains, Irene Phillips and his twin Ruby Gardner. There will be no services.

You you touched many lives You were a great father grandfather . I known you since Town & Country trailer park. We had good conversation when I asked how your family was . You always had your coffee I joked with saying its our to go drink instead of alcohol coffee better you laughed. I'm going to miss you I'm glad we was friends .
