So saddened to hear of Uncle Rays passing. I have fond memories of him from Down Neck to running into him at the Point Pleasant Boardwalk. He always called me miss Biscuit. I use to go out with him and Aunt Bev on the boat. He would work on the boat we would sunbathe. He will be missed, may he rest in peace.our deepest condolences.
