To the Family,
I was stunned today when Rocky's nephew, Terry, told me his uncle had passed away. I grew up on the same street, in the Trinidad area, N.E., DC. Always the bright smile, friendly, easy going. Nice to be around. Hold on to the wonderful memories of Rocky. His spirit will never leave you.
