Rocky H. Herrera

I´m saddened just learning of Rocky´s passing. I served with him in the 38th ENG Co Hanau Germany in the 90s. I remember Rocky being extremely professional and serious about his job. Im sure he´s missed by many. My condolences to his family. SFC Stroud (USA RET).

Rocky, my brother In arms. I am sitting here in Alabama right now just thinking of you man. It has been a very thoughtful night where I am at. I was laughing out loud to myself how I would play pranks on you in our living quarters in Afghanistan. Its been years since your passing and it is still the toughest thing to move on from.
