It´s now three years of missing our beloved friend. Thank God for a lifetime of wonderful memories! We love you , man!!

I met Rod close to 39 years ago, when his son Wes and my son Gene were playing sports at Mims Park. We fast became friends, which was not a hard thing to do if you ever met Rod Cooke. Rod always had a big smile on his face that you sometimes wondered what he had done or was fixing to do. Rod and his wife, Kitty, were Auburn Alumni and Fans through and through. The Cooke family welcomed me into their construction family when we first moved to Alabama in 1995. My heart and prayers are with Kitty, Wes, Leah and Lucas as they mourn the passing of Rod. May their forever be thin crust Supreme pizzas (with anchovies) for you, Rod!!!
