Not sure what to say?

DAD,
As this time of year comes around again my heart aches! As I long for just one more day to spend with you and tell you how much you mean to me and how much you will be missed! I had so much I wanted to share with you and wish I could tell you how much I love you and how important you were in my life! You were the person I went to for advice, guidance and a role model for us kids. I miss you terribly and wish you were here for one more day!!!! You were taken way to soon! It still...

We were unaware of Rod's untimely passing until yesterday afternoon, and needless to say we were shocked and saddened. We were neighbors of the Grams in Chanhassen and they even hosted a going away party when we relocated to Oklahoma. We extend our sympathy and prayers to the entire Grams family. Rod was a great man and he will be sorely missed. His passing has left a hole in our hearts too. May God bless and comfort each of you.

This is a message to you Dad, for being the most amazing Father. I thank you for so many things...but mostly for helping me become who I am today. You will be missed but never forgotten. I love you Dad, rest in peace.

I will always remember Rod for his humor and professionalism. Rod was the anchorman at WIFR in Rockford, IL in 1981 when I got my first professional job out of college. Rod, you made us all laugh every day and your advice to a young kid just getting started in the biz remains invaluable to me to this day. Godspeed.

I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Audrey, my deepest sympathies to you and your family. (Frieda Grams LaQua's grand daughter)

My condolences to your family. Rod was a great and caring man who will be missed.
Ken Rubenzer and family.

Greg and Family,

So sad to hear of Rod's passing. May all of those good times together in Crown bring you confort in these most difficult times.
