I have to confess I just stumbled upon this news being out of touch due to a loss of my own. So very sad to hear the news, Rodd was a good friend and I liked him a lot. We sold each other race cars and other silly things and enjoyed the car hobby equally. Now when I go in the shop I will think of Rodd as there is always a race car of some kind in there. My heartfelt sympathies to Mom and Dad and to all those who knew him. Semper Fi. Ron

Dearest Rodd; it has been almost a year since you left us. I shall never fill the hole that is still there. so empty and sad.

My thoughts and prayers go to you and your family Rodd. I know you will find peace and be smiling everyday. Many friends and family will miss you...God Bless

Fred and Penny, Ken called to tell me of Rodd's passing. There are no words of consolation that will make this pain less for either of you. Please know that my thoughts of Rodd drift back to the times we all spent together. Rodd's memory is accompanied by music of the Moody Blues whenever I think about him. I wish my words were less inadequate. If you want to talk about happier days, or if you need anything, please call.

Fred,Penny & Family

It was a privilege to know Rodd. I looked forward to seeing his smiling face and hearing his funny stories every week when I stopped in the dealership. My deepest sympathy to your family. He was a treasure.
