Rock always spread joy and put everyone at ease. I felt blessed to listen to him DJ just down the block, sending his good vibes. My favorite memory is watching Victoria hear her papa on the radio, and then seeing her run into his wide-open arms. Your daughter's beauty and spirit are two of the many ways Rock's love will be with us always.
