I send deep condolences to Isabel, Richard, Brent, and Mrs. Finkbiner. Rod (Dr. Finkbiner), marks the end of an era. He took wonderful care of my grandmother (to whom he even made house calls at a time when that was unheard of), my mother, and me. He was both physician and a good friend. May the God of your understanding give you peace during this difficult time.

My deep sympathy to the Finkbiner family. Rod was not only physician to Ingalill and myself, he was also a very close friend and confidant. I wish I could be at his Service of Christian Burial, but I will be traveling that day. You and your Dad will be in my thoughts.

My deepest sympathies to the Finkbiner family. I knew Dr. Finkbiner as an employee of Bryn Mawr Hospital for many years. He always impressed me with his bedside manner and his ability to "listen" to his patients. I recently was in contact with his family for other issues and am deeply saddened by his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with Mrs Finkbiner and the entire family.
