Not sure what to say?

Thinking of the Fleck family on the anniversary of their father´s passing. Hope precious memories are always with you. We think of Rod and your Mom often. What fun we all had at Yogi

I believe that I was a young Army officer with Rodney (Rod) in 1968 at Ft Knox, KY. I had just received my rating as a pilot and he and I flew together frequently throughout the KY region and to the family home in Michigan. At the time, he was married to Nancy and had a new baby. The last I saw him was in 1969 during Army helicopter flight school in Texas.
Can any of his family confirm that this is the same person? Thank you.

Rod touched our lives in so many ways. Steve flew with Rod & they shared that passion of flying. And we'll Never forget our neighbor Jeannie calling to ask if we knew Rod after they met online. Thanks, Jeannie, for the love & care you provided so that we all had those Extra years with him in Mi & Az.

It seems every time Rod had to back in his trailer behind the house and was blocking Paradise Park, I came along. Chance encounters we both never understood. I am sorry for your loss and as a stanch Wounded Warrior supporters we will be giving in his name. Bob & Arleen Spalding

It is with saddened hearts we send our deepest sympathies. Rod was an an amazing man. We were so fortunate to have spent wonderful times with him and the whole Fleck family including over 10 years of summer camping at Yogi Bear Campground. Our family will cherish those special times and memories of all the fun and laughter we shared. RIP Rod. Fly with the angels. You will be missed!
