Not sure what to say?

Rodney.... You will be missed greatly my friend. I'll always remember those days in 1969 when we told Wilson Harrell that the name of our new band was The Boogaloo Four. Those days, playing music with you, bring back fond memories for me from our past. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your friends and family. Peace, Big T

Man I just don't know what to say... Rodney was, as Tom Hudgins put it, such a free spirit and a true joy to be around. The last band I was in, Rodney was there, playing his heart out. I will miss him. The other night in Louisville, KY,before I ever found out he was gone, I was testing out a stage mike exactly like he use to do at band practice... Ironic isn't it... God Bless You Rodney...

Hi Rodney,
If you can hear me now, I did not expect for you to leave so soon. You were a really good friend all those years in my younger days when I played in bands in Newport News. On this earth, you were a good guy, a good friend, a good soul, and I hope to see you again someday.
