Rodney was born on September 10, 1960 and passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018. Rodney was a resident of Keyser, West Virginia at the time of passing. Rodney was a 1978 graduate of Keyser High School. At the request of the family there will be no public visitation or services. Private inurnment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
