Rod was a very special man. His wife Denise also. We knew them through boy scouts, cub scouts..he worked many hours over the years supporting the kids in boy scouts, through the meetings and many camps. Our son is 35 and I know he was involved before and after he was in scouts. One year we did a concession stand at the soccer fields off of 192nd to raise money for our boys to go to the National Jamboree. For many years we did Walk and Knock. He and Denise were always there.
