Rod was my sister´s father in law and while I may not have been related to him by blood, he always knew how to make me feel special and included. I was afraid of Santa as a kid but when he came to my house dressed up, I remember asking my mom to confirm that was indeed Rod and NOT Santa- much more comforting being Rod! Praying for everyone to find peace after his passing.

In Loving Memory of Rod I am not writing to mourn a loss, but to celebrate a life-one that was vibrant, wise, and beautifully lived. Rod was so much more than a name to those who knew him. He was a constant presence, a guiding light, and a source of unwavering enthusiasm for the world around him. We love you so much, Grandpa. There are no words big enough to hold the space you filled in our lives. You were the foundation - strong, wise, and fiercely loving in your own way. We will forever cherish the moments we had with you, the stories, the quiet strength, and the pride you carried in all of us.
