He was always so kind, caring, and funny.
Every time I would see him, he had a joke or something funny to say.

His dream and vision will continue. His tireless efforts to help the Native Americans in Dallas, Texas, and Oklahoma will never be forgotten.

My condolences and prayers go out to his wife, family, and friends.

I'll be looking for that shining star in the sky and when it flashes? I know that's you looking down on us smiling. Laughing.

May God wrap his arms around all of Dr. Stapp's family in this difficult time. Dr. Stapp was a kind and gentle man. It is such an honor to have been a part of his life. He is at peace now.

My heart goes out to Dr. Stapp's wife, family and all who worked with him at the Inter-Tribal Center. He was a great leader and loved the Center and for all it stood for. I will always treasure his memory and thank God for letting me be a small part of his life.

I'm so sorry to hear of Dr. Stapp's passing. I served with him on the Okla Inter-Tribal health board. He was a kind and generous man. I know he was highly thought of by all. My prayers and condolences to your family.
God bless,
