I never remember seeing Rod without a smile on his face and a hand out to welcome you into whatever or wherever he was. In 2013 when my father had a heart attack, Rod responded with EMS. He comforted both my Mother and Father, who had known him his entire life, and made such difficult time for them so much more comforting because Rod, with a knowing smile on his face, said everything was "just gonna be alright."
