Not sure what to say?

Rod will never be forgotten! What a bright spot in the school day whenever I saw him chatting with a teacher, dealing with a student or when I went to him for help. Always so personable, helpful and positive. So sorry to lose him so soon. Blessings as you continue in your lives with the whole that nothing else can fill.

4 Years!!! Unbelievable, Rod was one of the Crew that we hung with through High School. We were inseparable!!! We will miss those that have left us....Rod, Steve, Tom, Jim and Phil. RIP We love and miss you all.

I'll never forget Rod. Some of my fondest memories at Riverside Middle School were of him and how he related to all the students. He was a father figure to many of them and a mentor. He and Pat were a beautiful couple and it was obvious how much they loved each other and how devoted she was to him. I first met Rod when he interviewed me for a Special Needs position at Riverside back in the '90s. He was an extraordinary human being. My heart goes out to Pat and his family. My prayers and...

So sad to learn this. I last saw Rod at our 35th high school reunion and he will be sorely missed at our upcoming 50th. My sincerest condolences to all the family.
RIP my friend.

What a truly touching tribute to our handsome cousin Rodney.. I will always remember how kind he always was to us "little" guys.. Such a loss.. just seeing another one of our Family passing on brings tears to my eyes.. Aunt Anna, girls my sincerest symathy.. its been a tough few years for us all.. God Bless..

I'm so sorry to hear of Mr Tulonen's passing. He was a great principal who commanded respect from the students. I remember how involved he was with the students. Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

To Anna and the Girls,
It's been along time since Summit St. and FHS. Rod was one of the gang and a great classmate and a special friend. I'll miss his mischievous smile and quirky little sayings. Seems like yesterday we were hanging out at the Lunch figuring out our next escapade.
The crew is getting smaller. Love you Rod!!!

To Joanne and the rest of Rod's family, my sincerest sympathy for your loss. Although I have not seen Rod for 50 years, I remember him as a real class act even as a high schooler. My deepest condolences to all of his family.

To Rod's family.

My English teacher in my sophomore year at Leominster High School. His classroom wit and dedication are etched in my memory.
I am saddened by your loss, but, grateful that I got a chance to have had him be a part of mine.
