Rodney Scott Turner

Rodney was born on September 18, 1966 and passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016. Rodney was a resident of Williamsport, Maryland at the time of his passing. He was a 1984 graduate of Williamsport High School Williamsport MD. The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport MD on Wednesday February 17 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm. The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Wednesday for the convenience of family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport MD on Thursday February 18 2016 at 11:00 am with Associate Pastor Kevin Smoot officiating.
