Rodney Wayne Strother

Working for Rodney, I felt like he truly cared about us as human beings, not just "employees." It is rare to feel your employer cares about you. It was an honor and privilege to spend 8 years with. He was humble, funny and kind. The story of Ignats the rat is one of my favorites. Oh how that rat outsmarted us is.
