Not sure what to say?

To the Winningham Family,
Chief Winningham was one of the best Chiefs that I have worked for and he truly cared about the people he has helped. At the Kun he always watched over some of us "kids" to keep us out of trouble. I'll always remember making sure he had his coffee every morning as his station chief!

My condolences to the Winningham family. I served under the Chief at Kunsan AB, ROK,from '97-'80. He was a great leader and someone you truely enjoyed working for. His leadership steered many young lives over the years and he will be greatly missed by those of us who served with him. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time of sorrow.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Kim and Olen and their families during this difficult time. Rodney was a very special man and friend to our family. I have many memories of Dimple and Rodney from times spent with them. My dad was stationed in the Air Force (Biloxi and Germany) with Rodney and our families became lifelong friends. He surely loved my mom's apple pies! I will always treasure the time spent with Rodney while my husband and I were on our honeymoon and we were able to see the...

Our prayers go out to you and your family during this time of need. I knew Chief Rod while in Korea as well at Dyess A.F.B. while he conducted inspections of our Dpartments. He was a true proffesional and I learned a great deal from him. We brought back a table from Korea for him and he picked it up from us while he inspected our Department at Dyess. I know him to be a friend and an outstanding Fire Protection Chief. He will truely be missed. May God Bless you and yours always.

My heartfelt prayers go out to your Family now. I knew Rodney as a fellow CMSgt and neighborhood walker. We shared stories about Sembach AFB, and the AF. I will surely miss him.

Our prayers, love and thanks to God
For the Memory of our uncle
Rodney Winningham, Chief Master Sgt.
United States Air Force (Retired)
Faithfully serving his country from 1958-1988.

He paid the debt to his country,
In the fight for right, he has won;
And the King of Kings has spoken
"Thou faithful one, well done."

Kim and Family,
Our hearts and Prayers go out to you at this time of need. Rodney will be missed very much. He was one very fine Southern Gentlemen.
