Not sure what to say?

Kay and family. I am so sorry to hear of Rod's passing, but thrilled that he is now in glory with his Savior. My mom (Marlene) is also at Peace Arch Hospital and we looked forward to Rod's wonderful sense of humor and kind words. Kay, your beautiful smile and gentle spirit will also be missed. I wish I had the opportunity to know you better. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Marlene MacDonald

Our prayers are with the Woodward family in this time of sorrow. We are thinking of you. Aunt Barbara and Sarah

Rod was really bigger than life. Always jovial and so expressive of the joy he found in life. He loved the Lord, and he loved people. He will be missed. Prayers and warm wishes to you Kay, his loving, faithful wife. Much love. Hazel & Larry

Hi Carebear. Praying for peace and comfort for you and your family. Hope to visit soon. Denise Ruel Mihaichuk

So many wonderful memories from the first time we met your family at Broadway Church to playing on your softball team for several years, all the competitive rook games, and even after we moved to California when you and a group of friends came to visit us. Rod and the guys went down to the creek by the golf course looking for lost balls and he came back with his pockets stuffed, muddy from head to toe. I wouldn't even let him in until he changed clothes out on the patio.

We are...

We remember the enthusiastic way Rod lived his life. May God comfort his family and friends.

The first time I met Rod and Kay was at a Christmas party at The Keg. I LOVED his goofy sense of humor!

Rod was a warm and friendly. Our children remember him tucking them into bed and telling them stories and then he told them "don't let the bedbugs bite!'. That gave my kids something to think about. They were both so sorry to hear of his passing. He was so very dear. Bless your precious family during this time of grief.

To the Love of my Life I know you were ready for something more I will always Love you and miss you. To God be the Glory! Thanks for the memories!!
