Rogelio A Cruz Jr.

I met Roger when I jointed Dillingham from Fred J Early in 1981 until I moved on in 1985. He was a fine gentleman and a good Chief Estimator. Briefly I saw him at Monterey Mechanical in 1992. I still remember his big smile with his warm heart and generosity, and the fine times bidding works with him all over the lower 48. It was his professionalism that inspired me that I continued as an construction man the rest of my career until 2014. I will miss him. RIP!

I worked with Roger from the time that he came to C. Norman Peterson/Dillingham in about 1973 until 1982. I came to Monterey Mechanical in August of 1990 and worked with him until he retired. He was a great longtime friend. We certainly had a lot of laughs together.

You will be sorely missed by those of us who are very fortunate to have worked with you and have you as a friend. Our prayers go with you, Pura and your family.
