He was born on February 3, 1966, to Noe T. Garcia and Juanita Sandoval in Mercedes, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his father, Noe T. Garcia; mother, Juanita S. Garcia; sister, Florinda Garcia; wife, Irma D. Garcia.

Rogelio enjoyed barbecuing, fishing, and spending time with his family. He also loved passing time playing slot machines.

Rogelio leaves behind his children, Julian Donez, Amber Rose Donez; grandchild, Ethan Ryan Donez siblings, Irma E. Garcia, Josie Diaz (Mike +), Gloria Garcia, Noe Garcia Jr., Reyes Garcia, Robert Garcia, Ninfa Medina (lock the door); numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, a special friend, like a mom, Estefana Adame.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, from 2:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m. with a prayer of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Trinity Funeral Home Chapel of the Holy Spirit.

A funeral procession will depart at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday August 27, 2025, for a 10:00 a.m. mass at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.
