My sincerest condolences go out to Roy's family. We've been neighbors to the Partida family for over 40 years. Growing up, I'd go to the country store back when it was a trailer and grew up with Roy as owner and then later with his wife Jacinta. As kids, the neighborhood children would go buy candy and Roy would always greet us kindly and even throw in a free candy from time to time.
