Remembering Roger in our days at Gilbert/Commonwealth in Jackson, MI. I had not seen Roger in a good number of years but I never forgot him, he was that kind of person. He was a quality engineer and even better person. The good thoughts and memories that have mentioned in the obituary and messages are of no surprise to me. I would have expected nothing less from Roger. My sympathy goes out to his family and friends. PS. Interesting to note that we both were born in Ft Wayne in the same year.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this very difficult time..

I sat next to Roger for many years at work, soaking up his Fort Wayne wisdom and engineering expertise. Roger had a wonderful way about him. He put people at ease whether at work or on the golf course. Roger let you in and you felt close. You knew he cared about you. Missed short putts, either his or others´, was about the only thing to raise Roger´s ire, but only for a moment. Roger´s love for his family ran deep. We heard the pride in his voice when he shared stories about Casey and Amy,...

Ron and I will really miss Roger. Anytime our book club friends got together he would always meet us with a smile. What a kind man he was. Our sympathies are with Kathy and the girls.
