Roger J. Balducci

We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our dear friend, Roger. He was a true friend in every sense of the word. During his tenure as our Harbor Master, he worked diligently to make boating for the families of Smithtown safe and enjoyable. Our condolences go out to his wife Carol and his family. He will be missed for his sense of humor and his willingness to always help others. God grant him eternal rest. Our deepest sympathy,
