Roger Barrios

My sincere condolensces are sent to Mr. Barrios' family and friends that lost a wonderful man.

Mr. Barrios was my Honors Physics I and AP Physics teacher at Putnam City North High School from 1997-1998. They were my favorite classes because of the great way he made the examples come to life. I'll never forget his infamous shirts - so cool that I bought one myself.

I know that he was a great teacher and educator of young men and women, including myself. I'll forever...

I was lucky enough to be one of Mr. Barrios first students when he came to PCN. He worked hard to make learning chemistry fun and interesting. He was a good man.

I would like to express my deepest, sincere admiration and gratitude for one of the finest teachers of my two (2) sons had at Putnam City North High School in the years 1986 - 1988. Mr. Barrios was a true inspiration to both in all respects. He remains one of the few truly honorable role-models I have witnessed in my life. May God bless his family and friends.
