Not sure what to say?

We regret your loss, which is surely Heaven's gain. That Roger belonged to our Lord was evident to anyone who knew him. He was like Christ in all that he did. I'm certain that Christ greeted him with the words "Well done, thou good and faithful servant." It was my pleasure to know him.
Dr. Alan Barnes

I ask the LORD to comfort you and your family as only HE can during the difficult time of loss. It is not for Roger that we grieve because we know he is made whole and rejoicing. It is for the loss to his family, friends and all those of us who loved him and thought so much of him! He was so kind! Truly an ambassador for the One he represented! He will be missed.
DeVonne Cagle, TJC

Roger is the reason I graduated Howard Payne in 2001. I could not pass the Algebra course at HPU, so I took a summer course at TSTC and Roger took the time to demonstrate the formulas, then used them in practical applications. Since that time, I've earned my BA and Masters thanks to the caring instruction from a man I considered my friend. Roger was a true EDUCATOR in every sense of the word and is an Icon in education.
God Bless you Roger and welcome home.
