Dear Marty, Today you begin a new week, a new month, without your dear husband and friend at your side. I am so sorry to learn of this loss for you as well as for so many who knew and loved Roger. Marty, we just heard about Rog´s death from friends at Rehoboth, and we are so, so sorry. Dear Marty and family, I just heard about Rog's unexpected death from my parents. I know Rog was the best man at their wedding and a lifelong friend of my dad in particular. Dad told me they were planning a Nascar race road trip for this summer. I am so very sorry that his time to head to Heaven came before anyone was ready! Marty Kathie and I were so sorry to hear of Roger´s early home-going. He was such a wonderful encourager to so many. The total impact of his incredible life will only be fully known in eternity. Roger was a good friend. We´ve known each other for over fifty years. He was kind, gracious and uplifting. He was especially encouraging when I spent a lot of time recovering from a motorcycle accident. My deepest sympathy to Marty and his extended family.
