Roger was a very good friend, and an inspiration to scouts and scouters. He kept his friends motivated, and was a major factor in my older son and his best friends becoming involved with the Order of the Arrow, in Ceremonies, in Marketing, in Leadership and Service, and in High Adventure. I attended Woodbadge with Roger, and he was the initial source of singing, imagination, and resourcing. A true leader.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Roger. We shared alot Scouting experiences in the late 80s early 90s. And over the last few years enjoyed reminiscing about those days. He was a beautiful person. I will miss him. Condolences to friends and family.
