Not sure what to say?

I still think of Roger and the fun times we had. I remember he and I piling in my 2007 yellow black top convertable and riding up and down the strip in Va Beach. Two old men acting like we were 20 again plus many more memories. I miss the man, what would we be doing today ???

I continue to think about Roger from time to time. I hope Teresa is well and somewhat comforted by the thoughts of friendship associated with Roger. He was the Chief Engineer while I was onboard the USS Trenton. He will always be 'CHENG" to me. He was a friend and a shipmate. Great people like Roger are always loved, never forgotten...

Dear Emily, I am so sorry to see this. Roger was a wonderful man and I enjoyed the time we all spent together.

I still have wonderful thoughts of Roger. I no longer have with me a dear friend nor do I have the Mustang convertible that he and I would ride up and down Atlantic Avenue in Va Beach with top down acting like we were 21 again. I no longer have a person who would anything for you but I do have my memories of him and in that respect we are still "messing" with each other. Roger, I love you Man !

Always great as a human being, great loving husband, great father, great friend.
Forever an example of dignity and dedication and a source of joy for all of us.
Forever etched in our memories...

Just found out about Roger's departure. My condolences,

Roger as I continue working on mine and Carols home in KDH I sometimes think of you and imagine the times we would have had on the OBX. I miss you still my friend and am confident that we will have coffee again. I love you man !!

Roger, I still miss you. Your physical absence moves me to the reality of your death but you were such a beautiful human being that at the same time you accompany me in difficult moments. You will be forever an inspiration for me. Proud I was your friend.
