Roger was a dear friend and boyfriend way back in the 70's. A great guy who was warm, caring, funny and had an awesome smile. May God bless all of during this difficult time.

Roger told me in a doubles tourney we were playing in together that i was the only guy he knew who would use the front and the back wall every time to set up our opponents points. I told him it was my game and that all the opponents points were won on his side. He winked and said keep setting them up.

To Roger's children, family, and Paul and Gail,
I'm so sorry that I just saw Roger's obituary. I was thinking about him the other day as I picked up a Carvel Ice Cream Cake for a Birthday at work. Roger was a great boss and a great friend. He was kind and fun. He sold me my first home (his mobile home) a life time ago.
I am honored to have known him and had him for a friend. He will live in our hearts and our memories forever. i am so sorry for your loss. Perp (Doris Hestad...

I just wanted to say again how deeply sorry we are about your loss. May you find peace and comfort during this difficult time. Thinking of you, please stop by anytime. We love you.

Ruth, Paul, and family, you are all in our thoughts at this difficult time.

On behalf of the Zimmerly family I would like to extend our heartfelt condolences to the entire Duberstein family and friends. Back in the mid-late 70's our mother, Judy Zimmerly owned "The Walnut Tree" next door to Carvel Ice Cream and Roger was a fixture at my mother's shop time to time. We all loved him and he quickly became my Mother's Buddy :) Mom passed away in 1999 and our father just passed away this past August. We were very saddened to hear of Roger's passing.I can hear his laugh...

Melissa, We are so very sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
