I am so greatful to have known Roger, he was an absolute wonderful,hardworking intelligent man. I had the pleasure of knowing him as a patient, these past 12 years at Dr. Arcands office in Rhode Island. He will sadly be missed by many of us here at the office. I would like to express our condolences to his family.
