Not sure what to say?

To Roger's family and friends, my sympathies. Roger truly was a joy of a person, who relished life and the adventure of the complexities of life. His legacy continues on in all of us that he touched.

I have known Roger for many years, for his work at HOK on the Edison Building, to his work at Lutheran Family and Children's Services and through his career consulting. He was always an inspiration to me and helped me through many trials. He will be greatly missed.

Dear Family and Friends of Roger:

Roger was a wonderful man who will be missed greatly. I met him when he began a journey with Lutheran Family and Children's Services, guiding the staff and board in our strategic planning. But Roger did more than facilitate, he was a truly inspirational leader. I am honored to have known this gentle man.

God's peace to you.

Amanda, I know what a difficult time this is for you and your family. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. You will begin a new journey, and I wish you well. My love to you all.

We were so sorry to hear of the loss of Roger. He was instrumental in helping Our Little Haven grow. I'll never forget our discussion of an "oasis" and his desire to help us help the smallest victims of abuse and neglect. We will miss Roger but his spirit and direction will be with us forever.

Dear Amanda and Jamie,

I am so terribly sorry to learn of the death of your father. I met Roger several years ago when he served as a consultant to the City of Kansas City for the the preparation of its strategic and comprehensive plan, FOCUS Kansas City. His talents were enormous and his contributions were greatly appreciated.

The last time I talked to Roger he spoke of each of you with great pride, joyfully told me about his grandchild, and expressed deep...

"The Aspirations Model" described visually (with marker on flip chart paper), hangs on my office door where it provides inspiration and understanding. Roger has touched so many parts of my life and the life of Provident, that his work will live on with us. I'm grateful to have known Roger.

Dear Roger's friends and family,

The memory of Roger makes me thankful, and I will be so glad to join all who will celebrate his life and gifts on Friday. He was the bedrock of faith, the spirit of service and the love of humanity. I am grateful I knew him.

To the friends and family of Roger Fritz - He was one of the "good guys" and will be greatly missed. His 'Aspirations Model' and more importantly his way of looking at life and problems, changed the world for many people. He gave us a different way to view the world - a legacy that not many can match. I will be forever grateful to have called him my friend and colleague.
