Not sure what to say?

Though I only met Roger briefly at our wedding, it meant a lot to us they he was able to attend. He seemed like a wonderful man and Chris has always had nothing but good to say about him. We would like to express our condolences to all of his loved ones.

Sorry to hear of Rogers passing, he was a nice man. Took all his jobs very seriously, he will be missed.
Even with all his serious health problems he succeeded in doing his job. Our sympathy to his family, former residents.

Although I moved away a long time ago, Roger has always held a warm place in my heart. He was such good friends with my father and he loved all of us kids like an uncle. He was there for us (particularly our dad) when our mom passed away and stood up for my dad at his second wedding. There have been fishing trips and other adventures but my favorite times were when he would come and hang out with us at the kitchen table. I don't know what my dad will do without you!!!

Roger became a much appreciated family member known for his kind words and keen sense of humor. He will be missed by many. Our condolences to his dedicated wife and family.
Honey & Harry

Like my twin, I remember Roger pulling me over, just to say hello. I was a starving & broke student at the time - he gave me a sticker for my expired license plate! He was the best!

"Uncle" Roger will be greatly missed. He has spent a lot of time with our family over the years, camping, fishing, enjoying each others company. At various times, Roger was a Father, Uncle, Friend and Advisor. We will miss his smile, eye twinkle, and laugh the most.

Roger was a familiar face in our family for as long as I can remember. I'll never forget the day he struck the fear of God into me when he stopped me for doing 90 MPH on my way to Oakmont as a senior. He did not have to ticket me. He merely threatened to tell my father. I will miss his presence, which was bigger than life.

Roger will be greatly missed by all! He had such a kind and loving spirit. I have known Roger since I was a child. Growing up in town and both my parents working for the Westminster PD. I eventually began working there myself and would always look forward to his visits to the PD. He always had a hug and a kind word to share. My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and family.

Roger wore many hats for the town of Westminster. I'll remember him best as my bus driver. He only drove my route for a short time, but he was my favorite. I loved riding on his bus just because he was friendly, always smiled, and cared about getting us to and from school safely. I know he also always brought a smile to the face of all my family members, especially my mom and grandmothers. I'll never forget him and as many have said here, he will be sorely missed. My most sincere...
