Not sure what to say?

I was a high school classmate of Roger's and sat through a bunch of science classes with him. He was always the one to beat to get the top A. He set a high bar that I think many of his friends and classmates tried to reach.....but of course the most important thing was how kind and considerate he was. Many condolences to his family.

Twenty three years ago, Roger attended my first short course. Afterwards, he said he wanted me to meet a good friend of his. Otherwise the probability of my meeting Red would have been ...Let's just say that I've always been indebted to Roger and I was deeply saddened to hear of his passing. May his spirit be listening to the fiddler of Dooney and dancing like a wave of the sea.

Roger and I attended church together probably our entire adolescent years. After graduating from high school we went to different colleges, but we stayed in close contact. He introduced Alison to me as a blind date and we have been married 38 years. Roger was our best man. Our thoughts and prayers are with all the Hammonds as you have been a very important part of our lives. God Bless.

We are so sorry to hear of Roger's passing. We are praying for your family.
Sincerely,

Roger and I played softball and worked together early in his ExxonMobil career. He was an awesome third baseman, and tossed me wicked curves when throwing to my position at first base. He was also an early mentor as we worked the seismic data in the frontier basins of Alaska. He was a trusted collaborator several other times in my career. My heartfelt condolences to Rosemary and the boys. He was a home run hero in many, many ways!!

Great to Know Roger Semper Fi.

Robert, the Chevron AD McElroy Team express to you our sincere condolences for your lost.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. The Thibeault family

I considered Roger a true gentleman with an awesome softball swing. As we worked together at several points during our careers I could always count on Roger bringing a level-headed point of view on a diverse range of topics & issues. He always brought a calming affect with his soft spoken style. I benefited tremendously by knowing Roger and I know several others did as well. I will miss him.My sincere condolences to his family.
