Not sure what to say?

We continue to miss your presence at family gatherings, Roger. Pray for us in the beautiful words only you can say. ❤

Dear Cheryl and Bill:

As I send this message to you, tears are rolling down my cheek. I did not know your dad through his professional activities, but rather as a fellow golfer and fisherman, as a friend, and as a member of my family through marriage. Roger was a superb minister, but he was also fun to be with and was just "one of the boys". He was a good and loyal friend who possessed extraordinary listening skills - he was truly a caring and compassionate man. I shall always cherish...

We send our prayers to the family. Roger was my cousin and we have not seen each other for years. We were overseas for 10 years because of my husband 's work. He was a fine man and loved his family and work. He will be missed

Dear Cheryl and Bill:
I have admired your dad ever since I met him 30 years ago. He has always exemplified kindness and compassion. I am going to miss his presence, especially when we gather for prayer before meals.God gave him the special gift of extemporaneous praying and Roger used all the gifts and talents to the fullest. I know God will bless him in abundance. I also know that my Jim was there to greet him into his new home!
Sending my love to you,
Jan

My sympathy to the family.Pastor confirmed me at Alpine Lutheran in 1965. He had a strong influence on me that lasts to this day

DearCheryl and Bill:
I admired your father from the first day I met him 30 years ago. He was a very special person who exemplified caring and kindness to all. I will miss him and especially his extemporaneous meal time prayer that we were all in awe of his gift. In his life, he used all the gifts
God had given him. I know God will bless him in abundance. I also know that my Jim was there to greet him in their new life!
Sending love your way,
Jan
