In a world where many fall to the temptation of corner cutting, white-washing, self-promotion & half-truths, Roger exemplified integrity through honesty, thoughtfulness & compassion. When Roger spoke, you knew that the communication was coming from a straight shooter. Roger was generous with his time and in sharing his experiences and often shared that special smile when he could tell you got the point! To paraphrase as only Roger could, "Holy Smokes," you will be missed.
