Not sure what to say?

Roger with his golf buddies from Galloping Hill July 1989

Coach K was my English & Tiger tennis coach (class of 90). Many laughs and memories in the classroom and on the courts. On the bus rides to our away matches, we'd listen WPLJ and play name that tune, always giving Coach the first guess.
While not an avid tennis player...coach would stand at the net with as many balls as he could handle, and throw them all over the place...making me run around like a maniac!
You have been and will remain sorely missed Coach...especially this year as...

Thank u Mr. Kindle to never stop dreaming.

Roger was a really good friend and colleague at DHS for many years! Many fond memories of our time together. Prayers and condolences to Valerie and Heidi and the Kindel family.

Dear Kindel Family,
Sorry to hear this news. He was a great man and a good friend to me. I first met him when I was a basketball player and golfer for DelVal in the late 1980's. He and Bill Werkiser (DelVal basketball and golf coach) were good friends. In 1996, I returned to DelVal to coach the golf team and Roger immediately made me feel comfortable. We had a lot in common and his sense of humor was great. He liked to use the same funny comments year after year but they were still...

Last golf championship before retiring

I am so very sorry to hear of Coach's passing. I was one of his "basketball girls", one of the boys' team managers for a number of years while at FDU-Madison in the mid-80's. He was a great guy with a great sense of humor - he always kept it lively. I am so happy that I saw him a couple of years ago at Madison's homecoming - it was great to catch up for a little while. My deepest sympathy to his family.
