Not sure what to say?

Roger and I spent the summer working for the U.S. Census and I could always count on him to put a smile on my face as we joked around throughout the day. I will fondly remember him as a man with a wonderful spirit and sense of humor. I'll miss him deeply and I know I'll never have a chocolate cake that tasted as good as his. My deepest heartfelt condolences to his family.

We're sorry to hear of Roger's passing. I knew him mainly thru his brother Norm. I haven't seen him for years but extend our condolences to his family. It's been a tough time for the Laskowski family.

I was very sad to learn of Roger's passing today. He was fun to be with and great to work with. I traveled to Tokyo once w/ Roger and after that trip, out of respect and fondness for him, I called him Mr.RogerSan, a true friend. We will miss him.

Rog was my best friend. Even though we were separated for 38 years, I still thought he was - and still do. He was one of the few people who could make me laugh. I will always regret that we didn't join the Marine Corps together. My life would have been better closer to him.

The light of the world is dimmer now that he is not in it.

With a heavy heart I learn of our friend passing. Roger was a special friend to us both. Always there with a great story, a joke, always available to help, teach, there to listen.....I never stopped laughing with you Rog....we had so many great times in so many good and bad cities alike, rest in peace our brother. Roger was a good guy.Have many fond memories of being with him.My prayers are with everyone in his family. He loved being around people. He will be missed.

I will always remember this kind, generous man who, in the short time I worked with him at the census, relayed his genuine love for his family, friends, country, Chicago...and chocolate cake...my deepest sympathies to all those who were fortunate enough to spend time with him.

Marilyn and family,
I was saddened to hear today of the passing of Roger.
I knew him to be a gentleman at all times...I will always remember the guy I called "ROG" with fond memories.
My GOD Bless

Learning of Roger's passing fills us with sadness and sorrow. Being in his company was pure joy and he will truly be missed. Roger and the entire Laskowski family are in our prayers.
