Not sure what to say?

Hoping his family is enjoying the wonderful memories of his kind and gentle nature.

I worked with Roger at the State hosp. I worked with Roger when we were both ushers at W.M.U athletic events. Roger was a special human being. He was quietly wonderful. He spoke in an unassuming manner but with a warmth that drew you to him. Roger brought his own pepper to the breakfast with the Broncos. I always asked to borrow it. Roger ended up sharing it with the whole table. He was a good soul, a kind and generous spirit that i was blessed to know.

Latvala family,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. Roger was such a strong man, a fighter and through all the recent medical struggles...continued to have a smile, a sense of humor and a drive to return to what he loves. May you be blanketed with love during this difficult time. Know that you- Connie, Amy and family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Although I only got to know Roger in the past year through euchre at the Portage Senior Center I was impressed by his tender ways. He seemed a very gentle soul. May he rest in peace where he has been made whole again. Best wishes and condolences to his family.

Connie, Amy, and family.
Jim and I were so surprised to hear of your loss of Roger. So many memories of our camping trip on Mother's day and the nights we played euchre, canasta, and pinochle. He will be greatly missed here in his earthly home, but is a wonderful addition to his heavenly home. Prayers for you and your family.

To the family, sorry for your loss. Roger was a good and kind man. He never had a bad thing to say about any one in the five or six years we worked with each other. RIP.

Connie, Amy and family,

So sorry to hear about Roger. It's so hard to lose a loved one and only God and time will help you get past your sorrow. I know Roger was well loved and had a really great family who cared very much for him. Wish we could of gotten together more often. Still remember the vacations up to Newberry each year, fond memories. Stay strong and we'll keep you in our prayers.

Connie, I am very sorry to hear of your loss. My kind thoughts to you and your family.
