Barbara, and family, So very sorry to hear of Roger's passing. He is resting in arms of Our Savior, may he rest in peace.

Roger and I go back to the Redevelopment Authority days. I have fond memories of Roger, who was a warm and happy man, very competent and always wearing a smile. The family should savor your memories of a life well lived.

A Vietnam Veteran has passed away today. Roger, you are now relieved from your post. A job well done fellow Vietnam Veteran. We all are grateful for your stepping up to the plate when your country needed you the most. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The final volley has sounded and taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Farewell fellow veteran.
