Not sure what to say?

I miss you Roger and I think of you often. Very fond memories, of the way too short of a time I got to know you. Bob Owens

Hi Scott, this is always a sad time of year for me. Was great to see you at the Capitol. A place Roger loved and was well respected. Quick story once at Roger's before our dinner. I told him of my papa who worked for the Railroad as a Sky Cap and my love for trains. Also, my pop played for the Negro Baseball league. Not knowing, all of a sudden Trains appeared from tracks that seemed to go forever. It was quite a pleasant surprise. Whatever Roger could do to make you feel comfortable he did....

Dear Scott and Judy, While in the Capitol the other day I thought about Roger and had some funny recollections from years ago, what a great guy. He is still missed.

I truly miss Roger, from the first day we met he opened his arms and heart and welcomed me to not only IPAA but his home as well. I would always try to be the first one to our meetings in Galena, but i was always greeted by his smiling face. He once made a remark that I was trying to take his job by being first. I miss him and I miss seeing his lovely wife, Judy. Scott and Carrie have done a remarkable job filling his big shoes. Rest Roger you deserve it. Bob

Roger was our classmate & friend for many years & we will miss him terribly. We will keep you & the family in our prayers Judy.

Dear Judy & Scott. May God bless you during this difficult time in your life. There was none like him. A friend, a guide, always willing to offer words of wisdom and advise (whether you wanted or not). He will be missed by all. It was a privilege to call him my friend. Bob & Marti Glade

Dear Judy and Scott-Deeply saddened to hear the news.Roger was one of the most engaging and perceptive men we have met. Still remember St. Thomas with great fondness. R.I.P.,Rog.

Roger and I worked and played together for over 50 years. He was a driven visionary and a man who never forgot an old friend. I miss him terribly. Condolences to the family.
