My father in law introduced me to Roger in 1997, and honestly it was instant friendship. Roger helped me put together some of our best fights. When Roger had to work a corner, and if he brought his daughter Jade with him that night I would watch her until he was done. I worked with Roger for 8 years but it went further than a working relationship, we became family. Roger was a friend, and my wife and daughters would sit and listen to him as he told his stories, we laughed at the funny parts...
